The KCNQ2 Cure Alliance is dedicated to bringing awareness and supporting research for KCNQ2 from every angle. Our focus is to support the development of new therapies to fight the disease, improve the quality of life for those with KCNQ2-related disorders, and ultimately find a CURE.
Some of our programs include funding research grants, hosting patient and scientific conferences, and providing patient/caregiver education and support forums.

There are many ways to make a tax-deductible gift to benefit KCNQ2 Cure and our mission.
If you are 70 1/2 years or older, you can give up to $100,000 directly from your IRA to your favorite charity.
The transfer is not included in your taxable income, nor does it generate a tax deduction.
Once you turn 72, the charitable distribution can count toward your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD).
To take advantage of this giving opportunity, all you have to do is submit a request to your broker for a charitable contribution from your IRA to be sent to your favorite charity.
